Serenity Qihealing focus on both distant Qi healing and self Qi healing integrated with therapeutic exercise, Zhineng Qigong and Traditional Health Qigong practices, ancient Chinese methods such as scraping, cupping, tuina massage to achieve greater result to get well.

The ancient Chinese methods such as scraping and cupping aims to release blocked or excessive Qi to rebalance Yin and Yang and activate the Qi and blood circulation. Tuina is a massage and stretching method to adjust the misaligned physical structure or cramped muscles. Serenity Qihealing has the strength in the ability to identify the root, and apply holistic methods to realign the physical and rebalance the overall Qi flow, which makes it efficient and effective to handle certain health concerns. The simple yet specific coaching method is suitable for busy and working adults, youngsters who are looking for an alternative approach to cultivate functional integrity and the enhancement of the life essence.

  • Evaluate your Qi condition and energy level (physical body or mind)
  • Identify the possible root cause
  • Reaffirm root cause that might cause the concerns
  • Demonstrate simple techniques for you to work it out daily
  • Emit external Qi for healing

Benefits to you:

  • Understand where Qi is not flowing properly or is blocked
  • Understand the importance of handling the root and try to eliminate it
  • Learn simple self-healing techniques to mobilize Qi within the blocked area (physical body or mind)
  • Feel the changes before and after External Qi healing

A) ONLINE External QiHealing Routine ( once a week by donation)

30 mins of powerful external Qi healing for you to experience deep relaxation and blissfulness

B) ONLINE TAIJI BALL 1 & SLS Stage 1 (once a week)

One hour of spine stretching, Taiji Ball 1 and SLS practice ( only for those attended ESP workshop and Taiji Ball 1 workshop)
